             WHAT IS ISO-BASE? WHY TO USE?

Iso-Base; It is an isolation platform used under Servers and Cabinets in the IT centers of the American Patented Worksafe Technologies company all over the world.

Thanks to its patented special design and working principle, the platform absorbs ground movements, impacts and vibrations that occur during an earthquake, and prevents the devices on it and the sensitive internal parts of these devices from being affected and damaged.

ISO-BASE TM fulfills this function thanks to the Ball-N-Cone TM Seismic Isolation Guiding System, which consists of steel balls moving freely between the lower and upper plates with circular bearings with conical recesses.

Thanks to this unique design, which is also used in the foundations of very special buildings, as a technological innovation today, ground movements with different accelerations from each axis (horizontal and vertical) are transformed into a damped sliding motion in the horizontal plane and the devices carried by the platform are prevented from being affected by vibrations.

ISO-BASE TM Seismic Isolation Platform, thanks to its “Open Frame Design”, allows the movement of the devices on it together with their cables during an earthquake. In addition, thanks to this design, the assembly-disassembly of the cables coming to the device and the air circulation needed by the devices are easily provided in normal operation.
